Using StudioStak
Describe who may create an account, acceptable use of the platform, and the responsibilities of gym operators and their members.
Subscriptions & billing
Set out plan pricing, billing cycles, taxes, trials, upgrades and downgrades, and how cancellations and refunds are handled.
Payments to your Stripe account
Clarify that member payments settle to the operator’s own connected Stripe account and that Stripe’s terms also apply to those transactions.
Your content & data
Explain ownership of the content operators upload, the license granted to StudioStak to operate the service, and data export on cancellation.
Availability & liability
State service-availability expectations, disclaimers of warranties, and the limitations of liability that apply.
